Located in the south western part of Uganda, Bwindi impenetrable National Park lies on the edge of the East African Rift valley. It is a UNESCO designated world heritage site popular for mountain Gorillas and Chimpanzees, the great African apes listed as endangered animals.

The area inhabits half of the remaining population of mountain Gorillas in the world whose eye contact and encounter in the jungle is so exciting. The park is one of the oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests with over 400 plant species,346 bird species,202 butterfly species, 120 mammals,10 primate species,163 tree species,100 species of fern,27 frog species not forgetting chameleons ,geckos among the many endangered species.
